PREFACE: Donald J. Trump contends that his opponent, if elected, intends to “stack” the Supreme Court bench with liberals (via an expansion of the current nine judge “limit”). As for Joe Biden’s actual intent, he has yet to respond with a thumbs up or thumbs down. Of course, thumbing his nose at Donny would be far more apropos, considering the fake prez’s shameless hypocrisy in this very matter. All gestures aside, Joe could easily build a formidable case in defense of “stacking”, thusly…

The evidence is irrefutable. Trump, himself, has been stacking the Supreme Court bench with hardcore conservatives; namely, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and the soon to be installed Amy Coney Barrett.

Once this rookie trio colludes with the inveterate veterans (rightwingers John Roberts, Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas), Donny will own and operate 6 out of 9 SCOTUS judges (67%).

One has to seriously call into question the flagrant unfairness of 67% of SCOTUS judges kowtowing to the interests of the 35% of Americans who identify as conservatives; while simultaneously screwing over 65% of Americans who identify as liberals / moderates.

The math, alone, calls for a 67% liberal / moderate Supreme Court bench. Of course, to achieve such a feat would require EITHER firing Trump’s three appointees and replacing them with lefties / centrists OR hiring additional judges who think along these lines. Let’s explore these options further.

Seeing how the Founding Fathers had stipulated that SCOTUS judges are supposed to serve until they either retire or die, that firing action would be actionable. However, since they had never stipulated any specific, set number of judges, that hiring action could easily pass any constitutional scholar’s sniff test.

So, let’s take a whiff of what Donald J. Trump’s Supreme Court stacking has established; how it utterly fails to represent the vast majority of Americans. In essence, he’s forcing liberals and moderates to suffer; i.e., due to his sadistic judges’ saturated with ignorance and discrimination decisions.

More specifically, John Roberts, Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and the up and coming Amy Coney Barrett will soon be striking down Obamacare, Medicare, Social Security and Labor Unions; gutting the Bill of Rights, Civil Rights, the Rights of Women, Minorities, the LGBTQIA Community, the Aged and Infirm.

This sextet fully intends to muck up fair, free elections, arm homicidal gun nuts, embolden Nazis, Klansmen and other domestic terrorists; prop up corporate personhood and unleash irreversible, catastrophic environmental ruin.

And lest we forget, in unison they’ll also shout out to Dictator Donny, “MORE POWER TO YOU!” and then stand, patiently in line, to each plant a big wet, lingering smooch on his Fascist fanny.

So, here’s were we now stand… correction… where America is about to fall. 6 out of 9 Supreme Court Trump suck-ups and their horrific rulings will continue screwing over 2 out of 3 Americans for up to 3 to 4 more decades.

And to keep it all real, in the long run, they’ll actually be mucking up the lives of 3 out of 3 Americans; eventually negatively impacting all 7.8 Billion souls, worldwide.

And so, I now ask:

WTF would be the harm of the (hopefully) victorious Joe Biden “stacking” the U.S. Supreme Court with lefties and centrists? If that’s what it’ll take to save humanity, would that not be well worth it?

What rational person would ever find fault with that?

Of course, the key word, in play, here, is RATIONAL!

Did Gwen Ifill Die Of A Broken Heart?

American Peabody Award winning journalist, newscaster and political analyst Gwen Ifill died at age 61 on 11/14/2016… her too brief life and career cut short by Cancer. TV viewers, who frequent PBS, will forever, fondly remember and admire her for both the off and on-the-air contributions she made to society.

As an African-American woman, she had been a trailblazer for and champion of racial and gender equality. As a consummate professional, her impressive résumé included being the moderator / managing editor of Washington Week in Review and co-anchor / managing editor of the PBS News Hour. In both capacities she was and will forever be a role model and inspiration to girls and women of all ages.

Even news watchers, who habitually turn elsewhere to less reliable sources for their “information”, will still likely have strong recollections of Ifill’s topnotch work as debate moderator during the 2004 and 2008 presidential campaigns.

With an ailment as grave and unpredictable as Cancer, we can only conjecture about its ups and downs… what ushers it into remission… what triggers it to rage out of control.

But, I truly believe, with all my heart, that Ifill’s sudden and far too soon demise is attributable to the horrific outcome of last week’s presidential election… the defeat of Clinton… Hillary’s loss to a misogynist and racist… his campaign, itself, having set back, by centuries, what little progress women and racial minorities have achieved, to date. It’s a certainty that Ifill had known fully well how, once that knuckle-dragging Neanderthal takes the oath of office, he’ll promptly bomb civilized society all the way back to the Stone Age.

In short, although her death certificate lists Cancer as the official cause, Gwen Ifill actually died of a broken heart.

I’ve witnessed, first hand, this phenomenon before. Back in 2003, it involved my own 89-year-old mother, who, to say the least, had been devastated and demoralized by the outcome of the 2000 presidential election… i.e., how George W. Bush and five corrupt, archconservative, bastard SCOTUS “judges” had colluded to deny Al Gore his legal right to a recount of the ballots in Florida… how their screwing over Gore had given birth to W’s illegitimate presidency.

My Mom’s deep depression had only worsened after W, the bungling incompetent, had gotten caught with his Commander-In-Chief pants down on 9/11, AND, in the post apocalyptic aftermath, when his too little / too late preserving, protecting and defending of America caused him to overreact… to strip all Americans of their Constitutionally guaranteed freedoms.

In short, although her death certificate lists old age as the official cause, my Mom actually died of a broken heart.

Seeing how we liberals, at present, are sinking into the depths of our own post Election Day funk, we can only speculate on how much this is all shortening our own lifespans. Of course… all in all… that’s not necessarily a bad thing.

Come Inauguration Day, when that tyrant begins his reign of terror, We the People, who oppose him, can take some solace in knowing that his depressing us to death… well… this could be our early ticket out.

For us, serving in Heaven (or even winding up in oblivion) would have to be infinitely preferable to watching him ruling in the Hell of his own making… than our being forced to exist within his Hell on Earth.

We’d also be able to rejoice in knowing that, once in Heaven / oblivion, we’d never be forced to cross paths with the likes of him again.

R.I.P. Gwen Ifill… at least there can be peace for you.

Your Choice… Hillary’s Haven or Donald’s Dystopia

Folks, if you claim Donald Trump would make America “great”… it’s high time you say, “OH YUCK”, spit out that ORANGE Kool-Aid™, AND elect Hillary Clinton. But, if you’re still swallowing all the lies he’s been feeding you, before you try to elect him tomorrow… pay heed to these 13 ways Trump’s hardcore rightwing BS could adversely affect nearly every aspect of civilized society… for countless generations to come.

1. Trump would likely get to appoint up to three (or more) U.S. Supreme Court Judges, who’d remain on the bench until the day they died. Whomever he chooses could only mirror his severe personality flaws, ergo, Trump’s time in office would extend perhaps up to three (or more) DECADES beyond his term limited eight years… and the legal precedents set by these judicial hack, Trump clones could inflict damage upon our society that’d be incalculable and irreparable.
2. Trump would resurrect Reaganomics from the dead (FOR A SECOND TIME), crash the Stock Market (AGAIN) and wipe out every average Jane and Joe’s meager savings accounts / investments (funds, which were supposed last throughout their retirement years).
3. Trump’s recession would result in massive double-digit unemployment. Folks, unable to pay their monthly bills, would default on their mortgages, thereby changing their forwarding street addresses to whatever freeway overpasses would become the roofs over their heads… to whatever Hoovervilles they’d wind up pitching their tents / unrolling their sleeping bags.
4. Trump’s lust for economic green, at the expense of environmental green, would increase the smog (inclusive of greenhouse gasses, methane and CO₂) AND deplete the ozone layer (all of this compromising our chances for good health). Severe climate change would also unleash unearthly arctic blasts, killer ice / snowstorms, deadly heat waves and freakishly severe hurricanes, tornados and lightning bolts. Biblical proportion deluges would plunge most of our world’s coastlines and island nations underwater. Excessive rains and droughts would, respectively, make swamplands and dustbowls out of once arable farmland… eventually making it damned near impossible for farmers and ranchers to feed America / the world… leading to mass starvation.
5. Trump rather than intelligently trying to cure Obamacare of what ails it would ignorantly bury it… once again denying Americans the health insurance we deserve.
6. Once Trump hunts down and deports all Hispanics and Muslims he’d need to find someone new to hate. During the next presidential election cycle, he’d train his crosshairs on any and all non-WASPS. Both Trump and his best bud, Klansman David Duke, would ensure that black lives and the lives of all other minorities don’t matter. Trump would wrongfully deem the aged, infirm and disabled to be akin to court jesters who he’d gleefully mock and laugh at.
7. Trump’s bad behavior would become the unacceptable accepted paradigm, which municipalities’ city managers, mayors and police chiefs would employ when interviewing and hiring cops. Police forces would wind up with even more power-tripping officers who’d get off on needlessly profiling, stopping and frisking, Tasering and detaining anyone who’d stand still… and blowing away anyone who’d try to run away. Armed vigilantes would further deteriorate and irritate society by gleefully adding their psychotic behavior into this already volatile mix. Trump would be way cool with kangaroo courts… illegal proceedings sans legal defense attorneys and juries… where ugly “judges” get handsomely rewarded when they summarily convict the accused and then cram their prisoners (like sardines) into each and every one of America’s for “fun” and profit, privatized gulags.
8. Trump would sign into law a congressionally legislated repeal of all gun control measures, creating a fifty statewide warzone… thereby ensuring that every minute of every day, bullets would be ricocheting off of every manmade structure and ripping through the flesh of every God made, hapless human being. The resultant sky-high piles of nameless corpses would get bulldozed into mass graves.
9. Trump, the misogynist pig and pimp, would have zero qualms about forcing women into prostitution. The legions of young males, whose minds he will have corrupted and molded to conform to his own oinking image, would mutate into marauding rape gangs rendering no female, regardless of age, exempt from being sexually groped, violated and assaulted… and these malefactor males would commit these crimes with virtually 100% impunity. Women would be further objectified and dishonored… reduced to incubator status and condemned to a wretched existence where, throughout their child bearing years, they’d labor on Trump’s baby assembly lines… become the procreators of slave labor who he’d whip into submission… force into performing every disagreeable, degrading task imaginable… inclusive of fighting and dying in his never ending, no-win wars.
10. Trump would declare wars… perhaps on a monthly basis… against a forever-growing list of his pick and choose enemies, who he’d also waterboard and torture. The only thing that’d stop him from going nuclear would be that it’d all be over way too quickly for his sadistic rapture to kick in.
11. Trump would arrest and imprison each and every one of his newfound, 2016, political enemies… inclusive of Hillary and Bill Clinton, his victimized female accusers who outed him as a sexual predator AND the fourth estate journalists, who gave them their voice. And, owing to his “spirit of inclusiveness”, bloggers, who he hates, would likely wind up in Donny’s Dungeon, too.
12. Trump’s propaganda ministers would dominate the broadcast and print media and systematically discredit legitimate journalists who are supposed to keep tyrants like Trump in check. Donald would also block access to any Internet site, which would refuse to stroke and stoke his already grotesquely inflated ego and threaten to expose his fascist plot to overthrow America.
13. Trump’s gutting of the U.S. Constitution / Bill of Rights would spare only the Second Amendment. Figuratively speaking, that misogynist would wind up savagely raping and mercilessly beating and battering Lady Liberty to death.

Well there you have it, my  compatriots…

If Donny’s Dystopia is your idea of what America should be, then Trump is your boy. If all the above horrifies you as much as it horrifies me… you’ll join me, tomorrow, as we head to the polls to establish Hillary’s Haven.

99 Word Blog (#004) ATTN: Bernie Backers

Dear “Bernie or Bust” people,

Please accept that Hillary Clinton is the Democratic Party’s POTUS nominee. Yes… like you, I would’ve preferred Bernie Sanders… his progressive agenda is far more compelling than Clinton’s centrism.

But, upon comparing Clinton to Donald Trump, I’ve gotta ask… who’d be better at selecting SCOTUS judges? Keeping the peace? Protecting the Constitution and environment? Standing up for the rights of women, minorities, LGBTs, workers, the middle class and impoverished?

All of that, and more, is what’s at stake. America cannot survive one minute, let alone four years, of Trump. He’d BUST America… beyond repair.
